Each piece is created with intention, inspired by the things that personally bring me the most joy — from a deep love of animals to the beauty found in nature and imagination.

With a special focus on expressive art, I transform life impacting memories into cherished moments into timeless works of art. I secondly love painting pets, capturing the personality, love and connection that make them family. Beyond this, every commission is an opportunity to bring to life what matters most to you — a little sprinkle of daily happiness for your eyes to feast upon.

I’m Ay Marie — the artist and founder behind Aymarie Art —

Born and raised in the United Kingdom, art was a hobby of mine since childhood, but my career path didn’t begin there. I studied psychology and nutrition, spent time working in the NHS as a psychologist, and later worked in the online adult industry, before life took an unexpected turn and I faced my own challenges with panic disorder, agoraphobia, depression and complex PTSD, and more recently, a diagnosis of FND (Functional Neurological Disorder).

I don’t look back on any of it with regret. I see my life as a series of chapters, each one its own story with something to teach me, and I’ve learned there’s beauty to be found in every lesson, even the difficult ones.

During that time, I found myself searching for something more — travelling, exploring and slowly rediscovering the beauty in life again. It wasn’t in the big moments, but in the quiet, meaningful ones… my love for animals, the comfort of my pets, the support of my family, and the small details that make life feel special.

Art became a way for me to hold onto those feelings. A way to express, to heal, and to reconnect — not only with myself, but with others too.

Today, I pour that same intention into every piece I create. With a special place in my heart for animals, I love capturing the personality and presence of beloved pets, as well as the moments and memories that mean the most to you.

I am incredibly grateful to now work as a full-time artist, and it means everything to me to be able to create something that brings joy, comfort, and connection into someone else’s life.

I hope one day I can create something just as meaningful for you!
