SHIPPING
Original Paintings
Every original is packed by hand with the same care that went into painting it. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your painting to be carefully packed and dispatched.
Shipping is charged separately at checkout, based on your delivery address.
I ship original paintings worldwide. Because every destination has a different real courier cost for a large, insured piece of art, the shipping fee shown at checkout is a starting estimate for international orders. By completing an international order for an original, you agree that I may send you a separate follow-up invoice for any additional shipping cost once your painting is packed and I have a confirmed courier quote for your exact address. I’ll always tell you the exact extra amount and get your agreement before charging anything further — there are no surprise charges.
For international orders, any customs fees or import duties charged by your country on arrival are the buyer’s responsibility.
Fine Art Prints
Each print is made to order on Hahnemühle German Etching Giclée paper. Production before dispatch typically takes:
Unframed prints: 1–3 working days
Framed prints: approximately 5 working days
Delivery time is separate and added on top of production. Prints ship worldwide; for international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Accessories
Accessories are made to order and typically take 2–5 business days to produce before dispatch, with delivery time added on top. Accessories ship worldwide; for international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Commissions & Pet Portraits
Pet portraits: after you place your order you’ll be added to the queue on my commissions calendar, and I’ll be in touch to request photos of your pet(s) and discuss any other details along with an estimated completion date. Please allow 4–12 weeks currently for the creation of your piece.
Other commissions: because every custom piece is different, timelines depend entirely on what you have in mind. Send a detailed enquiry through the Commissions page and I’ll come back to you with an estimated timeframe for your specific piece.

RETURNS
Original Paintings & Commissions
Because each original painting is a one-of-one artwork, and each commission is created specifically for you, all sales are final. I’m not able to offer returns or refunds for a change of mind once an order is confirmed.
For commissions specifically: before your piece is finalised, I’ll confirm with you that you’re happy with the custom artwork. Once you’ve approved it, the sale is final.
Fine Art Prints & Accessories
If your print or accessory arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted, contact me within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Because every print and accessory is made to order specifically for you, I’m not able to offer returns or refunds for a change of mind, or if you ordered the wrong size.
How to Report a Problem
